EFR Instructor Course

Train First Aid & CPR, Emergency Responders

The EFR Instructor course is your gateway to teaching first aid and CPR programs. This is required when you need to teach programs such as the PADI Rescue Diver course. You will also need to be a renewed EFR Instructor to enter programs such as the PADI IDC Staff Instructor course.

On the Emergency First Response Instructor course at Ocean Tribe, you will learn how to refine your first aid and CPR skills to demonstration quality. You will additionally learn about preparing for, running, and marketing your EFR programs.

Duration

Before the start of the course, you will need to complete the course eLearning. This goes through much of the planning and marketing side of the program.

The practical side of the EFR Instructor course takes 1 day.

Who is it For?

The course is open to anyone holding an Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care certification within the previous 24 months. It is a requirement to become a PADI Instructor on the PADI IDC.
